By placing an order with Occult Exotics, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are in place to protect both the welfare of our livestock and our customers.

Sexing & Appearance

We do not guarantee the sex of any livestock unless explicitly stated in the product title or description.

Unless otherwise specified, photographs used on product pages are representative examples only. The exact specimen received may vary naturally in colour, size, or markings.

Order Acceptance & Pricing

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices listed at the time of purchase will be honoured for that order.

Shipping & Weather Conditions

We reserve the right to delay or postpone shipping if weather conditions are deemed unsafe for the welfare of the livestock (for example, extreme heat or cold).

In such cases, customers will be informed and shipping will be arranged at the next suitable opportunity.

Health of Livestock

All livestock supplied by Occult Exotics is, to the best of our knowledge, free from visible parasites and disease at the time of dispatch.

We cannot be held responsible for any illness, injury, or death that occurs after delivery, as we have no control over environmental conditions, handling, or care once the livestock has arrived.

 

Purchaser Responsibility

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to:

• Research the species being purchased

• Ensure suitable housing, heating, and care are available before ordering

By purchasing livestock from us, you confirm that you are confident in providing appropriate long-term care.
