-
Next Day Special Delivery
-
Secure, appropriate packaging
-
Heat packs added automatically in cold weather at no extra cost
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Dispatch Days
To ensure the welfare of our livestock, orders are dispatched on Mondays to Thursday only, regardless of shipping method.
-
Monday dispatch: orders must be placed by 8pm Saturday
-
Tuesday dispatch: orders must be placed by 8pm Sunday
Orders placed after these cut-off times will be dispatched on the next available dispatch day.
Live Arrival Guarantee
We guarantee live arrival on all livestock shipped using a Next Day Service, provided the following conditions are met:
-
The delivery address and contact details provided at checkout are correct
-
Someone is available to receive and sign for the parcel on the delivery day
-
The parcel is not left in a safe place or with a neighbour
Delays caused by the courier do not void the Live Arrival Guarantee.
However, the guarantee is void if delivery is delayed due to customer error, such as an incorrect address or no one being available to receive the parcel.

Dead on Arrival (DOA)
In the unlikely event that livestock arrives deceased (DOA):
-
Please contact us immediately upon opening the parcel
-
Clear photographic evidence must be provided showing the livestock in its original packaging
If a DOA is confirmed, we will offer either:
-
A replacement (subject to availability), or
-
A refund for the value of the livestock
Please note that postage costs are non-refundable.
All DOA claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this time cannot be accepted, as we cannot control environmental conditions once livestock has been delivered.
Purchaser Responsibility
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure they have researched the species they are purchasing and can provide a suitable environment and appropriate care.
